The Job Role:

The Candidate

·         As Spa Director you will need to be both a strong leader and experienced spa operator who understands the key elements of achieving success within a international 5 star spa environment. 

·         Strong marketing, financial and people management skills are essential as is the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. 

·         Normally part of the Hotel management team you will need strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable in representing the spa successfully within this environment.

·          Excellent presentation skills and impeccable grooming are also important.
