The Candidate

·         As Spa Manager you are responsible for driving and leading all the main operational aspects of the Spa and understand the key elements required to achieve international 5 star standards. 

·         You will need to be an excellent people manager who can communicate well with all levels of staff and guests. 

·         As part of the Hotel management team you will also need the confidence to represent the spa professionally and effectively. 

·         At this level marketing and departmental financial accountability are major responsibilities and therefore a good understanding of these areas is required.

·         Good presentation skills and impeccable grooming are also important
