Post Title: Facilities Supervisor
Salary Scale: Scale 4 £16,536 - £18,430

You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that the Hall and Stables Complex are cleaned, set up and presented in a way that meets the needs of our customers. You will also work with the Enterprises Manager to manage fuel stocks, general maintenance and light repairs.

Reporting to the Catering Supervisor you will one of a team of three supervisors, responsible for the ensuring the effective performance of the busy tearoom, golf bar and conferencing facility on the site. Managing the provision of high quality food and beverage services in this 7 day operation is essential to the success of the Country Park.
You should be qualified to NVQ Level 2 / City and Guilds or have demonstrable experience in a similar catering environment, preferably at supervisory level.
Other vacancies: As a result of our sales growth we also have a number of catering opportunities in our Stables Complex and Tearoom on both a permanent and seasonal basis.
Post Title: Catering Assistants x 3 (16.5 – 30 hrs per week)
Salary Scale: Scale 1 SCP 6 £11,907 (pro rata hours worked)
You will be required to work within the various catering operations of the Stables Complex, providing a high standard of service to customers at all times in the provision of food and beverages. Providing efficient and courteous service is essential in all these 7 day catering operations.
You should be qualified to NVQ Level 1 food preparation and cooking, or have demonstrable experience gained in a similar catering or bar environment.
