This is a newly created opportunity with one of the flagship operators within the health and fitness industry. Reporting into the Group Sales Manager you will be responsible for training Sales professionals at all levels within this market leading brand and delivering marketing projects to club level. You will be tasked with identifying the learning and development needs of team members and you will provide effective solutions to meet these needs as well as liaising closely and on an ongoing basis with the club general managers.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in sales training and coaching skills with well developed influencing skills. You will need to display high levels of passion and drive and have the energy and enthusiasm to support clubs on a nationwide basis. This will be a pivotal role within the company and as such we are only interested in talking to candidates who have had a minimum of 2 years experience in a training capacity
