This is a great opportunity for an HR assistant to continue to develop their career within Human Resources. You will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and proactive administration support service to Human Resources and Training Practitioners and act as a key point of contact with external payroll services. Therefore you will need experience within a payroll or personnel setting and in the operation of associated IT systems.

It is also essential that the successful candidate has an understanding of personnel policies and procedures along with a basic knowledge of employment legislation. The company manages and operates leisure facilities so an interest in health, fitness and sport is a bonus but not essential. Initially on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension or more permanent work.
