Guest Services Manager - Overseas

Guest Services Manager 

Are you friendly and outgoing with loads of common sense? Can you think on your feet? Have you done a season or two before, and feel ready to take on a little more responsibility? This role combines the benefits of plenty of time on the mountain, and lots of guest interaction, however you also need excellent organisational skills to ensure you get everything done! The position also involves basic accounting, airport transfers, welcome meetings, and helping guests with any problems that may arise, and anything else that needs doing! For this role you need to have held a full, clean driving license for over three years, speak conversational French or German, however, your interpersonal, listening and customer service skills will be your most important assets.
