Facilities Manager - Leeds

If you thought the Royal Armouries was just about guns, knives and armour in display cases, think again.

We currently have a vacancy for a Facilities Manager, to create and deliver a plan of works that maintains and updates the fabric of the building and plant within budgetary constraints.  Rationalise external contracts to ensure value for money and to Duty manage the museum.

Applicants will have proven experience of facilities management, health and safety in a public building and managing maintenance contracts.  You will also have experience of managing multiple teams, budgetary planning and managing budgets.  Experience of managing a Security team is desirable.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours, 5 days out of 7.  This may include evening, Bank Holiday and weekend working.

Salary : £25,000 per annum
