Visitor Services Manager - Leeds

If you thought the Royal Armouries was just about guns, knives and armour in display cases, think again.

We currently have a vacancy for a Visitor Services Manager, to maximise the customer experience, achieve spend per head targets, to source and develop merchandise ranges to maximize income and to duty manage the museum.

Applicants will have a minimum of 3 years experience of successfully managing customer service or retail teams and generating income and managing profit margins.  Duty management experience and the ability to develop customer service skills is essential.  Previous visitor attraction experience and managing budgets is desirable.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours, 5 days out of 7.  This may include evening, Bank Holiday and weekend working.

Salary : £25,000 per annum
