SPORTS & LEISURE MANAGER

Salary: E-grade (£22,494 - £26,862 pay award pending)

37 hours per week

A dynamic individual is sought to develop our health and fitness facilities, including community use of the school’s 20m swimming pool. Your role will be to develop the facilities through increased membership and promotion of community based programmes. Ideally you should:

be a self motivated starter with a passion for service excellence have proactive sales and marketing experience be a team player, able to lead by example and to inspire be friendly, dynamic and reliable

At least 3 years management experience of both a wet and dry facility, as well as health & fitness experience is required.
