A rare and exciting senior management role has arisen with a major player in the leisure industry to oversee the product development and implementation of wet and dry activities and programmes across the group.

The post holder's remit is to develop the brands (swim school, activity programmes, holiday schemes and parties) with the aim of servicing the whole community while maximising income opportunities across each site. The successful person will report to the National Sales Manager and liaise with the marketing and operational teams to achieve these aims.

The successful applicant will have a good working understanding of the key products as a senior manager, have exposure to the relevant bodies (e.g. OFSTED, ASA), be able to demonstrate significant commercial achievements, and have a clear vision for the strategy going forward for both current markets and potential markets.

We are looking for a professional, self-motivated individual who has outstanding communication skills, is well organised and who pays particular attention to detail. You will need a flexible approach to work and a clean driving licence because travel and extended working hours will be required for the post. You may be based anywhere in the country, however the majority of sites are in the Midlands and South so logistically it would be most practical if the person was based in the middle of the country.
