This is the Chameleon of branded market catering for differing clientele throughout the day, from coffee and pastries in the morning through to a party atmosphere in the late evening.
This site is located in an historic building in the busy tourist city of Bath.
You will have existing management experience, ideally in a high volume site, have the ability to be pro-active and extremely hands on within a customer focused and fast paced environment.
Previous experience in a busy bar and food operation within a successful management team is essential.
You will need to demonstrate good marketing and promotional skills along with sound financial acumen.
You will have a good knowledge of popular music styles and trends.
You will be a personal licence holder.
Salary C£27k.
