My clients are looking for a keen, enthusiastic, hard working candidate for the Restaurant  Manager position, to lead the team at this bar and cantina that captures the spirit and passion of a fun fuelled night in a Spanish City.

I am looking for a highly guest focused operator with excellent people skills, who is really passionate about good service to join this stylish brand.

Operated by one of the country’s largest independent restaurant companies with an exciting portfolio of brands this restaurant is located the SS1 area of Essex.

The Restaurant Manager must have excellent financial acumen and experience of a branded environment as well as demonstrating the ability to
 
Be honest and trustworthy in all matters
Be results driven.
Be receptive and willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities as they are offered
Be totally customer focused and passionate about the brand.
Have high levels of energy and drive.
Be self-motivated and able to motivate the team through the peaks and troughs of the business
Be an outgoing and articulate communicator; able to speak easily to and build a rapport with both guest and team member.
Be able to move swiftly, easily and appropriately between the roles of Restaurant Manager, Team Player and Team Coach.

Salary up £28k plus bonus and excellent benefits
