About Us

The Goodwood Park Health Club is set within The Goodwood Park Hotel on the Goodwood Estate and boasts facilities including; swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gymnasium, studio, Ralf Lauren shop and tennis. The Club has a large membership and is the aspirational club of the region.

About the role

You will supervise the day-to-day operational running of all aspects of the Health Club, ensuring the provision of a friendly and efficient service to members and guests at all times.  You will assist in the smooth operation of the Health Club and deputise in the absence of the Health Club Manager. Assist in organizing and planning of Members Events and ensuring that the highest standards of Health & Safety are constantly maintained at all times.

Ideal candidate

You must have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to consistently improve operations.

Must have proven relevant experience in a supervisory or management role

The ability to lead by example and inspire team members

Have strong communication skills

Able to work individually and as part of a team

Be pro-active, reliable and flexible

Pool lifeguard, first aid, pool plant, gym instructor and exercise to music qualification are desirable

Salary

£20,000 per annum
