Spa Manager – Babington House, Somerset

Set on 18 acres, Babington House is as a luxury hotel and private members’ club for those wanting to enjoy the countryside and escape the busy urban centers.  Part of the Soho House Group, Babington House attracts both local members and those involved in the film and media industries.  Just 20 minutes from Bath centre, Babington House is one of England’s most prestigious hotels equipped with the most unique and cutting edge rooms, Spa, restaurants and cocktail bars. Cowshed is a place to relax, regenerate and exercise. It is home to swimming pools, steam, sauna and aroma rooms, treatment cabins, studio and gym. Cowshed products are handmade with the finest natural ingredients, an infusion of herbs from the Victorian walled garden at Babington House.

What we want!

We are looking for an exceptional Spa Manager to join our team at Babington House. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Spa Management in a destination spa or hotel.

You will have technical awareness and knowledge of a wide variety of Spa Treatments including management of the pool.  Essential is the relationship with guests and staff members alike, a charismatic manager that will be able to resolve staff issues as well as any guest complaints. 

In addition you will have impeccable standards and able to drive the business forward with excellent business acumen and understanding of figures. You will be able to lead by example and looking for a challenge, must have led at least team of 12 or more.

·         An understanding of the demands of the Hospitality Industry

Salary

We are offer a competitive salary of £28,000, depending on skills.
