Highly experienced and driven General Manager required for a diverse visitor attraction on the South Coast. We are only interested in speaking to the very best General Managers in the leisure and hospitality industries who have a proven and successful track record in running a highly successful business and who want to work with one of the most dynamic, innovative and forward thinking companies in this marketplace.

With a huge team which can go up to 60 full and part time staff, we are looking for a dynamic leader who is very much front of house in their management style, whose presence, personality and leadership style will galvanise staff at every level at this centre to ensure the highest levels of customer service and operational excellence are consistently delivered to the public.

Commerciality is key to this appointment and the successful candidate will be expected to play a pivotal role in driving sales and promotions as well as maximising secondary spend across other areas in the operation.  The successful candidate will be offered a huge degree of autonomy in the running of this business, which makes this a highly sought after and prestigious position. The salary for this role is up to £40k + bonus and market leading benefits.
