Croydon, Surrey
Experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager required for a golf club near Croydon in Essex. You must be organised, driven and able to provide the highest standards of service in this busy golf clubhouse. The key pre-requisites are that you can ensure a comprehensive and professional Food & Beverage operation focusing on leadership, direction, and innovation as well as ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene within this environment.
You should be able to effectively monitor and manage the Food & Beverage team to achieve budget, deliver a quality product whilst always maintaining an enjoyable working environment. The role will ideally suit a manager who is front of house in style and more than willing to lead by example.
You must be customer focused, able to build & maintain relationships with the members and visitors to the golf club. Experience of running conference and banqueting is essential, as is previous experience of managing a team, an interest in golf is desirable but not essential. The salary for this role is up to £22k + benefits and this role comes with accommodation on site. Only applicants with suitable experience will be contacted.
