New Member Sales & Event Manager

You will be solely responsible for the generation, handling and conversion of new members that come through this fantastic new leisure venue. You will implement local attraction strategies and work to predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure a pipeline of future new members. You will host self generated events for companies within the city and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of generating new business, achieving sales targets and maintaining existing accounts in a customer facing environment. You must be self motivated, highly driven and well orgainsed. No experience of the leisure industry is needed, but be prepared to learn to improve product knowledge. Candidates from a recruirtment or advertising sales background are ideal!
