Product Development Manager

My client, a recognised nationally health & fitness operator are now recruiting for a Product Development Manager to join their senior team.

Focused on driving participation and revenue through swim programmes and childrens activities, the role will require strategic analysis of the products with a view to significantly growing the revenue lines across all of their sites. It will also require liaison with both local and national governing bodies to ensure that objectives are being achieved and policies adhered to.

There may also be a need to get in at site level on an operational level to ensure systems are being implemented effectively.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational team player who can influence others and really sell their ideas to be based in the Midlands/South East region who can be flexible with travel nationally.

Candidates must have proven experience of operating large swim programmes at a strategic level with a history of managing large budget, driving results through secondary income streams.
