As Senior Regional Sales Manager your remit is to drive sales performance across over 50 diverse sites and to continue the successful growth of this health and fitness operator

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will ensure the Regional Sales Managers achieve their targets in their respective regions, manage the successful performance of your own small region, deliver sales training to all new sales team members and to manage the debt collection team.

To apply you will be an inspirational leader, trainer and sales person, dynamic and supportive in your approach to management and totally focussed on achieving results. You will have worked as a regional sales manager before, exposure to sales within the health and fitness market and boast significant commercial achievements. The geographical spread of sites is predominantly in the Midlands and South East, therefore it would be desirable if the person is based in the midlands.
