Club Manager – New Health Club Concept

Our client is a brand new health club group offering state-of-the-art facilities for outstanding value for money. The first club has already opened with 5000-members, three more are planned this year and another twenty are in the pipeline.

We are looking for a very hands-on and outgoing customer-facing manager to open the first Central Midlands site.  Labour costs and administration duties will be kept to a minimum so as manager you will spend the majority of your day servicing members on the gym floor and managing the personal trainers.  You will therefore need to be REPS level2 qualified, experienced on the gym floor and be passionate about health and fitness.  You will drive standards, ensure the operation runs smoothly and get involved with central marketing activities. There will also be an opportunity to personal train and teaching spinning classes.
