up to £28K plus 20% bonus potential

This is a unique opportunity for a high performing, club manager to take the reins of this new leading private members club, part of a leading chain you will play an integral part in building the membership base in excess of 4000. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate previous leisure industry experience (both operationally and commercially) preferably within a premier operator as a Senior HOD or club manager. Of high importance is your ability to manage and lead a team, both operationally and in terms of business growth. 

The successful candidate will have succeeded previously in a similar role, providing strategic direction and motivation in all aspects of the site. You must have knowledge of the sales process, financial & budgetary awareness, experience of wet and dry operations, and have a strong belief in the delivery of outstanding customer service. My client offers an excellent benefits package and potential for future career development.
