Contract Sales Manager

With eight large sports centres across the region, my client is looking for the ultimate proactive sales professional to lead the teams. Working towards a group membership target, you will be charged with managing the KPI systems and setting club and individual targets to ensure overall goals are attained. You will also help design and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans whilst delivering a training and development plan for both sales managers and consultants.

This role requires a proactive individual who has a history of going out and bringing business in. You must be able to demonstrate evidence of managing large sales teams and have a proven track record of smashing targets in a high volume environment leisure membership.
