Experience Required:

You will have approximately 3 years experience at Store Manager or Deputy Manager level and will have worked within the beauty/ skincare industry or will demonstrate a passion and knowledge for this sector.

Qualities:

You will be at ease working in a highly customer-focused environment, demanding exceptional levels of customer care from your team and will strive to build and maintain a loyal client base. You will be experienced in developing and training a team of beauty consultants supporting them in reaching their personal goals and achieving store targets. You will have a strong commercial understanding and will make decisions based on available information and sound business acumen.

• Managing and motivating the store team
• Driving the stores performance
• Making commercial and timely decisions
• Communicating effectively with the store team, head office functions and customers
• Ensuring a consistently high level of efficient operations and standards
