Experience Required:

You will have extensive retail management experience, preferably within the beauty/ skincare industry, at Area Manager level.

As Regional Manager you will be expected to oversee the management and development of a large number of stores based across London and the South. You will motivate and inspire the store teams, developing their skills continuously and ensuring that an exceptional level of service is provided. You will support them in maximising sales and marketing opportunities.
