Our client is a leading Leisure Management operator who specialise in managing local authorities leisure provision, with facilities ranging from sports and leisure centers to arts and entertainment complexes to conferencing and banqueting venues.

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Manager to oversee a number of high profile and lucrative contracts across London and the South East, some with PFI status.

Reporting to the Operations Director you will be tasked with ensuring all of the sites meet operational and service targets whilst maximising income opportunities through the effective management and coaching of your team. You will forge strong relationships with the relevant local authorities, community groups and governing bodies.

To be considered you will have had a multi-site experience within a multimillion pound health and fitness/leisure business and will be able to demonstrate significant commercial and operational achievements to date. You will be an inspirational leader who will deliver outstanding results by motivating and mentoring your team. Your experience could be from within the private or public sector but it is essential that have empathy for how the local authority market works.
