Head Chef required for a great venue in Hertfordshire. As Head Chef you will be responsible for running a busy kitchen, devising menus, specials, dealing with and negotiating with suppliers and managing a small team. You will need to be flexible as to the needs of the business and on the types of food you serve which will range from bacon sandwiches through to full three course menus for functions.

This role is normally straight shifts but as with a role such as this a degree of flexibility is required. You will have full responsibility for the kitchen and will work closely with the F&B Manager and General Manager to ensure all departments are running as smoothly and profitably as possible.
