We are looking for a confident and outgoing graduate trainee who is interested in sports, fitness and leisure and who would like to be trained up as a consultant for the most reputable and successful agency for the UK Sports and Leisure Industry. The role will be largely resource based at first; taking telephone enquiries, loading candidate information onto the database, qualifying candidates and sourcing new candidates. 

You will work closely with the consultants ensuring we deliver high quality candidates quickly and efficiently to our clients and candidates receive a highly professional service.  You will have full training; learning about the industries we work in, our clients’ requirements, how to manage accounts and of course how to recruit. As you develop the role will develop into a more encompassing consultant role. To succeed in this role you will be confident, tenacious and outgoing with a willingness to learn and succeed.

You will have good organisational skills, a good telephone manner and a proven ability to work well under pressure and under your own initiative. You will thrive on multi-tasking across numerous areas in a busy office environment and have a can-do approach. You will have an interest in sport and fitness and be fully conversant with Excel, Word, and Email. Ideally you will be degree qualified and will have worked in the leisure/sports industry.

In return for your commitment, loyalty and success, a competitive basic salary and generous commission structure will be on offer, ongoing training and development and BUPA cover after 12 months.
