I am looking for a very strong sales focused GM to run a prestigious site in the South East. You should be a strong all rounder capable of managing both the commercial and operational side of a large multi-faceted unit. Experience of both soft and hard facility management would be a bonus, as would knowledge of running F&B operations, maximising secondary spend throughout the unit and ensuring high level customer service.

You will have had experience of a high thru-put market place before, a health and fitness background would be useful, but is far from essential, an interest in the sports and leisure industry however is required. This is very much seen as a key role within a premier group, and would suit a current GM looking to increase their exposure with the premier market or a General Manger from sales and service focused industry
