Reports to: Senior Healthy Lifestyle Specialist
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 (dependant on experience)
Job Type: FT (40 hours), permanent may require evening / weekend work
Condition: Subject to DBS Clearance
Mytime Active’s aim is to improve the wellbeing of our customers and their communities through well managed, accessible and good value leisure, golf and health services.
Mytime Active provides a range of healthy lifestyle services across the country. We are seeking suitable people to work with the Walsall Senior Healthy Lifestyle Specialist: Families as well as a range of health care professionals and partner organisations.
The successful applicants will be responsible for engaging families of overweight 2-7 years old children onto this six week programme, delivery of the programme and monitoring of individual activity & outcomes
We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, self motivated individuals, with an interest and commitment to working with families in Walsall.
To be eligible to apply for the role you must;
- Have experience of delivering lifestyle services with families
- Have experience of working with health care professionals and community organisations
- Have experience of monitoring service delivery
He/ She will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the Healthy Family programme and other programmes offered within Walsall. To be able to confidently communicate with a wide range of individuals and organisations, as well as having a passion for delivering high quality behaviour change programmes.
