An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in the Carvery at Ramside Hall Hotel.
Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa is set in a unique location close to the historic city of Durham, surrounded by 350 acres of private grounds with two 18-hole Championship golf courses, a purpose-built luxury on site spa complex, four bars and award winning restaurants. The successful applicant will have proven experience in providing excellent levels of customer service in the hospitality or leisure industry and a strong background of bar and catering operations, including cost management for food, beverage, labour and other operating expenses.
- Managing the food and beverage provision for the Carvery, maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required
- Leading and developing the Supervisory team and overseeing the training for all catering and waiting staff
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
- Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided and driving opportunities for future business
