Are you fed up with travelling all the way into Central London to work part time, wasting your time and hard-earned money on transportation? You think that the local area does not have anything as good to offer? You might want to think again!

Award nominated company Rota, a tech business dedicated to creating a better way to work for staff in the hospitality industry, has extended its operations into the London Heathrow area, and is now hiring waiters and waitresses.

Earn £8ph + tips, and only work times and venues that suit YOU. With our tech, we are revolutionising the industry, so what are you waiting for – become a part of the Rota community today.

Why Rota?

Unlike other agencies we won’t pester you with calls and emails hounding you to work. Instead, you are able to handpick the shifts that fit around your schedule, apply with the tap of a finger, and let the app take care of the rest.
Whether you are a student looking to fill your days off, or just want some extra hours to supplement your current job, we give you full flexibility to work when you want to. If you need a month off for a holiday - simply don’t apply for shifts on the app. If you want to work full time - apply for lots of shifts, it is entirely up to you.

We work with numerous high profile venues, and we are adding more every day-  from hotels to restaurants and pop-up stalls, all paying at least £8ph + tips, you can pick where you want to work. Whether that is the same venue or a different one every week, the choice is yours. So, no matter what you are into, we have flexible, well-paid work waiting for you!

Who are we looking for?

Our excellent reputation in the industry is based on the quality of our members. Personality and reliability are absolutely key, which is why we are looking for friendly and outgoing people who are willing to work hard as part of a team. In return you will be rewarded with work that fits around your life, at the best wage offered by any agency.

Although attitude comes first, you must also have a minimum of 3 months experience in the hospitality industry, and speak a good level of English. You must also have the right to work in the UK.

How to apply

You will need to sign up via our website and book yourself into an assessment slot. During the assessment you will learn about Rota and our way of working, which is followed by a practical part where you can showcase your fabulous skill. Once you pass the assessment you will be able to start working straight away.
