Operations Manager - University Contract Catering - South East & London - £49,500 plus PRB & Car - UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Job Role –
Accountable for 2 University sites for our prospective client covering the South East and South West London with a combined T/O £8million.
This role will see you take responsibility for the full operations of these core pieces of University business for our client. We are looking for a commercially focused Operations Manager who understands what contracts have been sold in and how to upsell and make money whilst exceeding clients expectations and still being a culture fit for this people focused company.
Driving your team and leading from the front is essential, University business offers you a multitude of catering aspects and can really keep you on your toes so you never get bored. The role would suit someone who is hands on and likes to have a presence on site, being innovative and considerate of the target market and be able to tailor behaviours to suit the clients’ needs. You will need to be able to deliver on finances and recruit high functioning managers that will help you deliver on expectations.
