My client is one of the leading trampoline park franchises in the UK, currently running 2 of the largest parks, and aim to have 3 open by the end of the year. With huge operations, a fresh outlook on business and exceptional standards renowned across the market, my client is now looking for an experienced head of marketing to help their business grow from strength to strength, across all 3 sites.
Having successfully opened 2 site in 11 months, with a fresh new site set to open later this year, my client are looking for the ideal candidate to head up the marketing for Stoke and Chester (soon to be Worcester). Looking to cement their place as the number one Leisure attraction in the UK, ideally they are looking for a candidate to drive their brand forward in a fun, bright and energetic way.

My Client is ideally looking for a marketeer with significant experience of running advertising and promo for a health club or leisure venue. You will need to be commercially strong and a natural leader. However - it is of the utmost importance that you can adapt your leadership style to suit their unique environment The business is constantly evolving so the role is not just about executing process; it is also very much about your flair, creativity and desire to succeed. My Client are constantly building our brand and need entrepreneurial flair, passion and commitment to help it grow in the right way.
You will be wholly responsible for overall brand voice in Stoke, Chester & Worcester; and you will have outreach targets to hit every single week. You will primarily be supported by 2 directors, a sales team and 3 GM's.
The job will require you to report accurately, work hard and take complete ownership of the store. You will also need to be sales driven; as our success depends on people coming through the door.
