ABOUT YOU The ideal person will be hard working, passionate and able to work to the high standards set by Busaba. It is essential that you have previous food preparation experience and desirable that you are qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation and Cooking (or an equivalent internationally recognised professional qualification). Ideally you will have previous and current experience as a Wok Chef and aspirations to develop a career in a professional, award-winning kitchen operation.
