We are at the heart of the local community in Bromley, Kent.. The pub is a fantastic Flame Grill buisness with a strong food trade. The business runs a great ROTW with a weekly Quiz night, live music and Sky sports. We have an area to the rear where we regularly cater for functions, or watch the world go by in our beautiful courtyard area at the front of the pub or in our family garden at the rear. Our focus is to be the heart of the community giving all our guests a warm welcome, great value and quality service.

Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.



With fantastic people skills, you will have the ability to lead from the front, to inspire and motivate your team and to engage your customers. You will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and will be able to provide an upbeat, efficient customer service. The food element of the business is vital and you will have the pride and enthusiasm to assist in the delivery of consistently high quality and exceptional standards across the business. With the desire to excel, succeed and win, you will assist in driving business to achieve excellent sales and profit growth.
