- Handle Incoming Enquiries related to Weddings & Events. Gather all contact information and enter onto our Infusion Soft system
- Follow company sales process & MOS as detailed.
- Maximise sales opportunities by hitting monthly targets and daily KPI’s.
- Arrange and complete event tours and complete an effective follow up.
- Generate leads through In-reach & Outreach activity.
- Responsible for handling incoming enquiries and outgoing sales calls.
- Arrange and complete prospect tours.
- Meet and Greet Event Organisers.
- Liaise with the organiser final numbers and requirements.
- Send out signed terms and conditions.
- Ensure deposits and payment is secured according to the contract on the booking form.
- Update and forward event information to departments. Including function sheets both verbally and electronically.
- Produce weekly function sheets of events for the relevant departments.
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Must display a high level of organisational skills
- Must be confident and a self-starter
- Must display excellent knowledge of core product
- High level of written & verbal communication & social skills
- Commitment to customer care
- Computer Literate (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Personal presentation important – business attire necessary. Logo blouse or Shirt provided and smart dress required
- Co-operative approach required and a willingness to undertake ad hoc tasks as required & directed
