Server/Waiter/Waitress - Bath
You are the face of Brasserie Blanc – a driven and motivated individual with the knowledge, personality and enthusiasm to give our guests a truly enjoyable experience every visit. You will be a great team player who understands how to give the guest the best possible experience by engaging with your guests and tailoring their service to exceed their expectation.
Greet and get to know our guests in a warm and friendly way.
Learn and retain knowledge of the Brasserie Blanc food and drinks menu.
Learn the ingredients of our specials, enabling you to explain them.
Work with your colleagues to ensure that food and drinks are delivered in a timely manner of the highest quality.
Work on required shifts as directed by the brasserie's management team.
Serve our guests as per company training, delivering our standards, ensuring guest satisfaction is a priority.
Work on shift as a result of communication via shift brief and company notices/information boards.
Interact with guests as per company training.
Follow checklists as issued by brasserie management team to ensure brasserie is organised and “to standard” pre and post service periods.
Attend training sessions as directed by management team.
Use company Epos equipment in line with training.
Handle cash of bills and tips on shift.
Report to the management team on all service, staff and quality issues.
Uphold Brasserie Blanc’s image and reputation.
Assist in training of new employees, ensuring training plans are completed correctly as directed by the management team.
Ensure all company procedures and legal requirements are met and maintained.
Keep up with and enforce current health & safety standards.
Make sure our guests (and you!) have a truly enjoyable experience with us.
