The Jolly Sailor is a Mainstream high street venue in fabulous location on Poole quay. Seasonal business with steady local winter trade. The Jolly is a great business of many different faces, lunchtime and evening diners, Sky and BT sport shown on 4 TVs and big screen, outside area overlooking Poole harbour, discos on Friday and Saturday nights with late licence with the Jolly being one of the busiest pubs in Poole on the weekend with the circuit drinkers.

Role & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.
With the desire to excel, succeed and win, ideally you will have a clear understanding of high-street / late-night operations and how to assist in driving sales and growing profit in this highly competitive environment. You will be energetic and focused, and able to adapt to the demands of both the food and entertainment elements of the business.
With fantastic people skills you will have the ability to lead from the front, to inspire and motivate your team and to engage your customers. Upbeat, efficient customer service, high quality products and exceptional presentational standards are key, so you will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service.
