CRM & Digital Manager – Fitness Sector – London

Salary:                  Up to £55,000

Location:             London

My client looking for a highly experienced CRM & Digital Manager to help bring health and wellbeing to communities across the UK through their website and social media. This role will lead high-impact brand communications that represent the brand, what we do and all the exciting projects.

The Role

  • Guardianship of the company’s digital presence including corporate websites, microsite, third party websites, SEO, PPC, content management systems and app
  • Development of CRM programme to include data base marketing, data strategy, partnerships, SMS and lead generation activity
  • Heading up the development and implementation of all digital marketing communication projects and campaigns
  • Devising an online multi – channel end customer journey strategy
  • Managing of all online customers touch point such as SMS, Email, Mobile, Social, Web Development segmentation and customer targeting strategies and SEO optimisation strategies
  • Leading the strategic development of PPC and all digital activities closely with agencies.
  • Leading the implementation of the CRM platform

The ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM systems / software
  • Experience of managing data and interpreting results
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with commercial acumen
  • Natural aptitude for presenting information in a compelling way
