Part Time Receptionist

A lively, yet professional individual is required to assist our owners and holidaymakers enjoy the full facilities at our prestigious 5 star  Holiday Park, Edgeley in Farley Green, Albury.  At Edgeley our owners expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional person to be the welcoming, practical and knowledgeable first point of contact.

Ideally you will have relevant reception and administrative experience within a fast-moving customer relationship environment.  You should possess a confident telephone manner as well as good written English, computer skills and exceptional customer service.   Also with the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to demonstrate proven organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in hospitality, cash handling and administration is desirable alongside a flexible approach to working.

The receptionist will report to the Senior Park Assistant and be involved in a wide range of activities including, handling owner queries, invoicing and payments plus holiday bookings and overseeing quality in our sublet units.

Hours are 16 to 30 hours per week, 2-4 days which will include weekends and bank holidays.  Normal shift times are 08:00am – 17:00pm. (one late night per month to be included 10am to 7pm)
