The Gingerman Restaurant in Norfolk Square, Brighton is the flagship and original Gingerman site which opened in 1998. A small, intimate restaurant close to Brighton’s seafront, our philosophy is to create uncomplicated, full-flavoured food, made from the freshest, highest quality seasonal produce.
Due to our expansion plans we are now looking to grow our back of house team and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our skilled team.
The correct candidate will have worked in a similar environment within a busy kitchen and will therefore be able to complement the team using his/her expertise.
