Kitchen Manager Designate vacancy!  Do you want to manage your own kitchen with us as Kitchen Manager but would like to benefit from some more training, development and experience first? 

Apply for a Kitchen Manager Designate position with us! We’ll top up your existing knowledge and develop your skills where necessary to equip you to manage your own kitchen!  Our Kitchen Managers are so important to us so we’re looking for great people with management experience and a passion for food!

You might be a Kitchen Manager already but want to steer your career in a different direction?  Our brands include: Harvester, All Bar One, Browns, Toby Carvery, Vintage Inns and O'Neill's – to name a few!  Whichever you’re interested in we’re confident we have an opportunity to suit your skills! 

You’ll need to be flexible within Banbury region. We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager Designate who will come in and train with some of our best kitchen teams before taking your own kitchen after 3 months. You will initially be based at Toby Carvery Kings Langley but you will need to be flexible in the Oxfordshire area (don’t worry, we'll pick up the bill for the hotel costs if you need to stay over). Want to become a Kitchen Manager with us but don't think you quite have the relevant experience? well don’t worry, the designate role was designed for you. You’ll work at different businesses to gain a greater understanding of the role before being appointed as a Kitchen Manager.

We have a wide variety of Kitchen Manager Designates already in our business – who came to us from some of the following backgrounds:

  • Branded fast-food outlets
  • Large scale catering
  • Independent pubs and restaurants
  • Other catering establishments
