This wonderful and unique concept is expanding around the globe and thus are looking for a strong Sous Chef to join them in their Central London site.
The food on offer is fresh, vibrant and full of flavour with Influences from Mexico and California and produce is sourced from the best suppliers.
The operation has a 120 covers restaurant, bar menu, canape menu and private dining which makes for a busy pass.
We need a strong Sous Chef who has excellent kitchen management and back office skills (knowledge of BOH computer systems is highly desired such as FnB Shop/Fourth and the like) you will manage a team of up to 25 chefs and be producing the food created by the head and executive chef.
You will ideally:
- Have worked with BOH systems such as Fourth and FnB shop or similar
- Be very strong with kitchen management
- Have a creative flair about you that can give ideas to the Head Chef executive chef for the menu
- Have good management skills and love developing junior chefs
- Want to work for an independent, growing company
- Use fresh food and work with some of the best suppliers in London
