Pastry Commis / Demi Chef de Partie - 5* Hotel/3AA Restaurant - London

Our client, a 5* Hotel based is Hyde Park (London) is currently looking for an experienced Pastry Commis or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie.



The Pastry kitchen team includes 4 Chefs, you will work and trained to prepare desserts to 3AA standards and only the freshest and rarest ingredients are used.



The successful Pastry Commis or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will be reliable, a quick learner and passionate about pastry



Excellent sociable working hours - 45 hours per week - 2 days off - 5 straight shifts (11.00am to 8.30pm or 3.30pm to 12.30am) - any extra hours worked are paid as overtime - 3-4 Pastry Chefs



Interview and trial slots are available immediately, and the suitable Pastry Commis or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie can start employment within days



The Pastry Commis or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will also be entitled to some fantastic benefits including:



* Basic salary of £22,000 per year plus service charge and based on 45 working hours
