Junior Sous are an integral part of any kitchens working cogs due to the responsibility and respect they carry. As Junior Sous it is your responsibility to support the bustling day to day activities in the kitchen from guiding junior chefs to become all they can be to releasing responsibility from Head Chefs to ensure the restaurant delivers all it promises!

A great 80 cover restaurant tucked behind bustling Oxford Street serving the highest quality game has one last opening for an aspiring Junior Sous.

The successful Junior Sous will benefit from

* Guidance from a fabulously British Chef's many years' experience
* 7 shifts a week over 5 days
* Supplier visits off site (Farms/Fisheries etc)
* Uniform provided
* Meals on duty
