Contributing to this success story is our network of over 450 Post Offices. These are situated within our stores providing a service to our customers.
As an Area Manager you will actively ensure our Post Offices operate to the highest possible standards of profit and customer service. With your previous experience you will be required to lead and motivate a team of 22 Post Office Managers and 2 Relief Managers.
Previous Post Office management experience is desirable as is the ability to manage a variety of multi site locations. Your main responsibilities will be to work to agreed budgets and ensure that all KPI’s are met, promote a sales environment by encouraging staff to promote products, ensure all paperwork is accurate and investigate any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and training of all new staff.
