Salary: up to £30,000
My Client is a well-known concept offering a healthy alternative to the fast food industry consisting of retail units in the UK. They offer a friendly and approachable service and excellent rewards and career progression!
My client is currently looking to find a passionate and ‘foodie’ individual who is both highly focused and fun loving to manage your own site and progress within the group
The Unit Manager will be fully responsible for the operation of their unit, reporting into the Operations Manager and owners.
You will also be responsible for the implementation of brand standards so that customers are delighted by the products and service they receive.
The Unit Manager will have full financial awareness and will be assisting with journal reconciliation, banking and P&L.
Managers will also be responsible for the ordering from approved suppliers, organising staff rotas and controlling labour costs, basic knowledge of staff disciplinary procedures with essential levels for basic food hygiene & health & safety required
The ideal Unit Manager must come from a fast food concept and have at least 1 year of experience in unit management. Applicants must be self motivated and able to motivate and support a team.
