We are a real foody gastropub in the heart of Roehampton, just near Putney Heath and Richmond Park with a growing reputation for our food. With a very well qualified head chef, semi-open kitchen, Burger Shack in the summer and a menu that changes regularly with the seasons that's not going to change any time soon.

As the successful Sous Chef you will have a passion & flare for producing quality fresh food in a busy kitchen environment. You will have experience working in a similar environment and demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team to deliver outstanding food every time. You will be an active team player with excellent communication skills and be responsible and able to manage the kitchen safely and effectively at all times. Working alongside our Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, whilst demonstrating great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls with regards to both GP and labour.
