Chef de Rang
The role is to provide guests with an exceptional experience through the provision of seamless and warm service in the restaurant and bar areas. Chef de Rangs must deliver an attentive experience to our guests in the restaurant and/or bar, serving food and drinks. You will monitor all aspects of the customers' experience - from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive while there, and act to enhance that experience and remedy potential problems so that service is seamless. You will be expected to establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries. Chef de Rangs will become and remain fully conversant the food and drinks menus and support junior staff to develop their product knowledge. Chef de Rangs are expected to support colleagues at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required, to ensure customer expectations are met. Experience in a similar quality restaurant is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.
