About You

Passionate and self-motivated with an innovative style, you will be an experienced Catering Operations Manager with an expert approach to delivering results through your management teams, acting as coach, mentor and motivator. You will show a real passion for food, delivering excellent customer service whilst remaining commercially astute and looking for ways to maximise business returns.

Your ability to actively seek out and create opportunities for continual service enhancement coupled with your ability to promote and embed a positive culture across service boundaries will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our award winning Facilities Management team.

About the Role

In this vitally important leadership and management role within the wider catering team, you will have significant responsibility for further enhancing and developing the total catering offer. You will build highly effective, positive and professional working relationships with colleagues across the University in order to champion enhancements to the catering offer, and the overall customer experience. You will take a pivotal role in developing and implementing a holistic approach to the achievement of the highest possible levels of service and customer engagement.
